OFFICE HOURS: Please note our new office hours are Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 4pm. If you cannot make it in during that time frame please let us know and we can arrange for someone to pick up on your behalf. Unless we have arranged otherwise, please do not show up outside of office hours as no one will be available to assist you.
TICKETS: Most tickets are now distributed electronically. When we contact you after winning we will ask for the best email to transfer tickets to. If electronic tickets are not an option for you, please let us know and we will try to get hard copy tickets. Tickets to shows/concerts often take up to a few weeks to arrive to us, we know you are excited and anxious to claim your prize but please be patient as we wait for tickets to arrive from the promoters.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: When you have been contacted to come claim your prize, you can come down to 4303 Albert St (Unit 100) to pick it up. Office doors will be locked, when you arrive please ring doorbell and a member of the promotions team will to assist you. Have a piece of photo ID ready for proof of identification.
