Pembroke Farmer's Market
Families in Renfrew County are ready and eager to learn how to grow nutritious food at home.
At CPAN, we want to help make that happen, as easily as possible, no matter what kind of home you live in.
$30/family - 12-15 plants (2 mature, 10 seeded) and 3 x 5 gallon patio or indoor pots filled with local soil and compost mix ready-to-go!
All proceeds go to help families in need in our local community.
